Webinar Overview
This webinar will go over Sponsor & CROs' obligations in relation to data transfers outside EEA.
Our aim is to draw a line between the responsibilities of CROs and Sponsor considering upstream (Sponsor Transfer Impact Assessment) and downstream TIAs (CRO Transfer Impact Assessment).
Finally, we will also discuss the challenges posed by the location of CROs and the use of their affiliates within clinical trial performance, as well as the potential consequences of violating the aforementioned data transfers framework.
