If you are considering becoming a member of EUCROF, please read the following:
1. Members of the Federation can exclusively be legal entities of national CRO Associations in the European Union. Prior to become a member,
the respective application form has to be submitted in writing to the Executive Board via the EUCROF secretary.
1a. Together with the application form, the Articles of the CRO Association (statutes / by-laws), objectives and conditions for the
membership of their national Association, all translated into English, are to be provided.
1b. The applicant has to appoint one or more EUCROF representative(s).
2. The Executive Board will determine whether the applicant meets the membership criteria and, in particular, whether the CRO
Association’s objectives correspond with those of EUCROF.
3. The general meeting will decide, based on the recommendations of the Executive Board, whether the applicant should become a new EUCROF member.
4. National CRO Associations also means CRO Federations in which several countries are united and want to become a EUCROF member as such. As a consequence, the united CRO Federation only receives one vote within EUCROF.
5. The Executive Board keeps a register in which the names and addresses of all members are listed together with the appointed EUCROF representative(s).
Please contact our secretary (nabdul@rpsweb.com) and provide the following information:
- Name of your CRO Association,
- Date of foundation,
- Address, email, website,
- Name of the President and of the Executive Board members.
If you represent a CRO in a country where no CRO Association exists at the moment, please do not hesitate to contact our secretary nevertheless. Our members will be at your disposal to help you regarding the foundation of a CRO Association in your country.
We are looking forward to welcoming you as a member of EUCROF!
